These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MacroScope (the "Service"), operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME — not yet registered; this Terms page cannot be relied on until it is] ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when registering and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at support@macroscope.app if you suspect unauthorized use.
The Service provides market data, technical indicators, backtested strategy results, and rule-based signals for informational purposes only. It is not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and we are not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer. See our Risk Disclosure for the full statement, which is incorporated into these Terms.
Paid features are billed on a recurring monthly subscription via PayPal, at the price shown at checkout. You can cancel at any time through your own PayPal account; cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund the current billing period unless required by applicable law. If you are located in the EU/EEA or UK, you ordinarily have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract for digital services without giving a reason. By subscribing and immediately accessing paid features (e.g. viewing Pro-tier charts or signals), you expressly request that we begin providing the Service right away and acknowledge that you lose this withdrawal right once that access has begun, as permitted under EU Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(m) and equivalent UK law.
Don't misuse the Service: no scraping or automated bulk extraction of data beyond normal use of the product, no attempting to bypass rate limits or tier restrictions, no reselling or redistributing data obtained through the Service, no using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
The Service, its design, and its underlying software are owned by us or our licensors. You're granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own personal use, subject to these Terms. Market data displayed through the Service is sourced from third-party providers and remains subject to those providers' own terms.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DATA SHOWN IS ACCURATE OR CURRENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY TRADING OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR RELIANCE ON ANY INFORMATION IT PROVIDES. You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice, except where immediate termination is warranted (e.g., fraud, abuse, legal requirement).
